No REFUNDS/EXCHANGES on the following

  • Early Release Purchased Shoes. (Any shoes purchased from us before the release date of shoes will not be able to REFUND or EXCHANGE)
  • Socks

To return your product, you must first contact us via email info@stormandshop.com explaining the reason for your refund. We will then provide you with a RO # to your order and you  would mail your product to: 19410 NW 27th AVE Miami Gardens US 33056

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once an item leaves our warehouse it is no longer insured. If anything happens to the package while shipping you must contact the shipping company and report the matter with them. Also its is your responsibility to make sure someone is able to retrieve the package once it is out for delivery, if a package has been declared delivered on the tracking number but you have not received it that is your responsibility.
